he park is proposed in the Science city area of Ahmedabad. The defunct irrigation canal passing through this precinct has been covered with a slab and hence the authorities are looking for developing this area over the slab, abutted by streets into a neighbourhood park. The design objective is to create an inclusive and green public space where the people of the surrounding neighbourhood can come together for various activities.
