Cubiform

The South facing premise is divided into 3 structure grids designed north-south with the centre having living spaces on the Ground floor and a Master bedroom on the First floor. Other bedrooms are identical and stacked one on top of the other on side grids. The kitchen opens up into a double-height dining space. The circulation passageway is running east-west and connects all the rooms & spaces. The exterior brick and concrete colour scheme, the cube mass, and the use of natural Kota stone in flooring & wood in interiors give a sense of simple and down-to-earth living style of the client.
